After you approve a mockup design, we ship orders within 5 business days of receiving your approval. All orders ship UPS from Crystal Lake, IL.

Packaging

For Point of Purchase displays, our products display the best. We devoloped an innovative way to hang all of our products without impacting the sellable good. We don't use bags or header cards which adds cost in materials and labor. These savings are handed down to you!

Our solution is also beneficial because the displayed product will only have your desired colors. This means that if your school colors are silver, blue and white then all displayed products will only have blue, silver and white on them.

Colors

We can print up to 3,000 different spot colors to be sure we are producing exactly the right color you need. If you have Pantone® colors, we likely have a color match. If it is a picture that you want printed, we have the capability to print photo-quality 4 color process too.

Product Life / Durability

We take quality seriously. All products are inspected for defects and counted for accuracy twice.

All ThreeSixty Concepts products printed on white use a glossy high quality PVC vinyl material that is rated for outdoor use and is outdoor rated for up to 7 years. All colors printed are rated for 3-5 years of outdoor use depending on the pigment.

To extend the life further we can add protective laminates or clear coat finishes. This is recommended if you anticipate the products to be installed in areas of high exposure to sunlight, harmful chemicals, or abrasives.

Graphic Design

We design our products with you and your customers in mind. We will ask you several questions to pinpoint what type of school, environment, and needs your students have. We don't want to make a product that you won't sell, we want to make a product that you are happy with.

When you choose ThreeSixty Concepts, you will get many different design concepts for you to view, critique, or just bash before you order. We'll design different styles for you for days if that is what it takes to win your business. We also show you the design with a tint simulation so you can see a mock up of the end result.
